Yeah, I saw this car too. When this picture was taken the driver was at the house helping an elderly woman down the drive. After he helped her in the car I followed them to Vanderbilt Med Center. The driver must have been helping her get to a doctor's appointment.
I think this driver stands here to deliver food to the elderly woman who lives here too.
It looks like bike riders have a roadway AND a sidewalk they can use to get past this car. Can't bike riders just be patient or use another transportation choice so car drivers can help the elderly?

Wow, someone should warn these good folks to park around back so they don't get an expensive ticket.

They don't have to park around back. It is legal for this person to park in the bike lane to load and unload passengers and property.
Are you saying that all car divers have to use the back entrance. I guess you think they should use segregated water fountains and toilets.
Why to you lump all car drivers together.
